SHIPPING

All our watches have 24 months warranty from the date of purchase with a copy of the sales receipt.The watch movement, hands, and dials are the only components covered under this warranty. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced, at the sole discretion of ASOROCK Watches Repair Center, free of charge. We reserve the right to replace the product with like grade and quality. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

During the warranty period the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. All watches will be inspected by the repair center to determine if it is defective due to materials or workmanship under normal use. (ex: loose hands/markers, disconnected crowns, or defective movements (not working/not keeping time)

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

This warranty does not cover battery, case, crystal lens, bracelet, strap, cosmetic and water damage, attachments and/or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, or damage occurring from shipment. The warranty is voided if the back case is opened.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE WATCH HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE, OR OTHER FACTORS NOT DUE TO DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP.
